I just wanted to write you and thank you for the long massage therapy
session you have given me yesterday. And the craniosacral therapy.
I can’t explain it in words but I feel deeper sense of relaxation that
I have ever felt in a long time.
And for the first time I slept with no pain and no aches. I didn’t
need a hot pack for my leg and for my back to help relief the
tension/sore.
I woke up feeling no pain and no aches again. It is an amazing feeling
that I am not used to feeling it.

I have been suffering with so many little annoying injuries (stress
fracture/shin splints/pulled my back/Achilles) in the last three or
four months while training for marathons. I have had IMS
(intramuscular simulation) and also ART (Active release technique)
treatments… those treatments helped my specific injury areas. However,
the massage and the craniosacral therapy you did have worked not only
on the specific sources and areas of my injury spots but also on so
many areas that I didn’t know I was holding tensions in.

I am looking forward to have more sessions. And once again thank you.
